Computer hacking :

Computer hacking refers to the practice of modifying or altering computer software and hardware to accomplish a goal that is considered to be outside of the creator's original objective. Those individuals who engage in computer hacking activities are typically referred to as “hackers.”

Cyberbullying :

The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature.

Internet Scams : 

  A scam is a term used to describe any fraudulent business or scheme that takes money or other goods from an unsuspecting person. With the world becoming more connected thanks to the Internet, online scams have increased, and it's often up to you to help stay cautious with people on the Internet.

 

Phishing emails and phony web pages:

Typically carried out by email spoofing or instant messaging, it often directs users to enter personal information at a fake website which matches the look and feel of the legitimate site. Phishing is an example of social engineering techniques being used to deceive users.

Travel Scams :

 

 

Travel scam is a scheme for making money by deceptive, dishonest, or fraudulentmeans. In travel scam, victims are told by email that they have won a free or incredibly cheap trip. However, these trips often have hidden costs.

Advance fees for a Guaranteed loan or credit card :

  

Predatory lending, Advance-Fee Loan Scams, and You! ... You'll never receive theloan and your money is gone. Another scenario is the advance-fee student loanscam. It promises you a great student loan, one with unusually low interest. The problem is to get the student loan; you must first pay a fee.

The nigerian Scam :

An advance-fee scam is a form of fraud and one of the most common types of confidence tricks. The scam typically involves promising the victim a significant share of a large sum of money, in return for a small up-front payment, which the fraudster requires in order to obtain the large sum.

Lottery or contest Scams :

A lottery scam is a type of advance-fee fraud which begins with an unexpected email notification, phone call, or mailing (sometimes including a large check) explaining that "You have won!" a large sum of money in a lottery.
